Circus classes at Esh focus on building strength and confidence, developing body awareness, and learning to move and think creatively while maintaining an emphasis on proper technique and injury prevention. Our small classes allow students of all levels to learn at their own pace, with movements tailored to each student’s skill, fitness, and flexibility level.
