“You’ve changed my life in a million ways. I feel so much happier and stronger and more confident and less afraid than I was when I started a year and a half ago. I can do things I never thought possible. I’m so so happy I found Esh.”

– STUDENT

“Classes at Esh continue to be a regular highlight of my week. I sometimes skip my other weekly habits, but not Esh classes.”

What an excellent space! The instructors are knowledgeable, patient, and always seem excited to be teaching. My partner and I took aerial silks for about a year and loved it. We wouldn’t be leaving except we are moving out of state — this is a space we will truly miss!

“The instructors at Esh are knowledgeable, dynamic, safety-oriented, and ridiculously fun!”

The instructors are knowledgeable, patient, and always seem excited to be teaching. Ellen and Roger have cultivated a safe space for all genders, sexualities, body types, identities, etc. This is a great queer-friendly space if you’re looking for an alternative (and exciting!!) workout.

This is an outstanding studio. The equipment is solid and plentiful, the space is lovely, and the teachers are all extremely adept. I feel safe in the air at Esh. More than that, I feel trained, I feel enlarged within myself. It’s a wonderful environment. Do recommend.

Wonderful, wonderful, studio. I took a private lesson for the first time at Esh for silks and thoroughly enjoyed it. Everyone I’ve met so far has been extremely friendly, though I’m a total beginner. I’m really excited to be more involved with Esh and meet more of the community.
